Shipping policy

Orders that are placed in our system before 4 PM Eastern Time on business days will typically ship that day. There may be extenuating circumstances from time to time that make this impossible, but it is our intended target and we hit it more than 95% of the time. So if you place your order on a normal US business day, then it'll ship quickly.

We do not ship on weekends. We're a Monday - Friday business. We do not ship USPS orders on US postal holidays, though we do ship via UPS and DHL on these days, with the exception of the following major US holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Day
