B-stock items are new and have never been installed on a guitar, but the packaging has been opened. We sometimes have an item returned by a customer that has missing or opened packaging - and sometimes we open an item here for one reason or another, like to photograph it or measure it - and we sell these parts at a 15% discount. We look returns over carefully, literally with flashlights and magnification in some cases, so parts purchased from this section will be clean and factory fresh.
