This is a replacement 3-way switch from CRL, the original supplier to Fender in the 1950s. This is the switch originally used on Stratocasters and Telecasters (Broadcasters, Nocasters). CRL was the original mark for Centralab, but CRL is now owned by Electroswitch, which also owns Oak-Grigsby (Fender's current supplier of lever switches).

CRL switches are still made in North Carolina, USA, whereas the Oak-Grigsby switches are made in Mexico.

Quality switch

These CRL switches are superior to the other 3 way switches I've used. They are well made and sturdy. These are the 3 way switches that my Fender Custom Shop telecasters came with. I use them n all my builds.

They are a bit pricey but seem to be of better quality.
