Details
This is high-quality wire, and it is a pleasure to work with. Cheap PVC-insulated wire melts back when you solder it, which is a pain, but this wire doesn't: it holds up to heat very well, and it's easy to strip.
The wire is 22 AWG 7/30, meaning it's seven strands of 30 AWG wire twisted together, so the overall wire gauge is 22 AWG.
