Want to put an ABR-1 style bridge on your import guitar? These conversion posts screw into the M8 anchors found in the tops of many imported guitars and give you 6-32 threads on top, so you can fit an ABR-1 bridge and thumbwheels. Quick and easy. Sold as a pair. Made in the USA.

Details

Installing. Remove the old posts and screw these into the existing M8 anchors; no drilling. Each post has a hex socket in the top, broached for a 1/16" hex key, for tightening it into the anchor; on some the plating makes the socket a little tight and a 1.5 mm key may be a better fit. We sort them so both posts will be the same.
